Kathy, Office Manager

Originally from Auburn, ME, Kathy studied at Central Maine Community College. Today, she has been working in oral healthcare for almost 20 years, with most of that time spent right here at Dr. Shetty’s practice. Today, she loves to getting to work alongside such a stellar staff! Outside of work, she and her husband have been married for over 35 years; they have three grown children and a Maltipoo named Gordon. Her hobbies include checking out antique shops, gardening, and reading. She’s also a fanatic about taking on home renovation projects – she’s on her 4^th one now.

Alissa, Treatment Coordinator

Alissa is originally from Sandia Park, New Mexico. Naturally, she chose to pursue her studies in her home state at the University of New Mexico. She joined our team after seven years in the dental field, and she has since loved doing what she does best: making people smile! Helping people get the healthy and happy smiles they desire is one of her favorite parts of her job. Away from the office, she loves spending time with her husband, Michael, and their son, Luke. She also has two dogs, Neville and Lupin (she is a huge Harry Potter fan).

Rena, Dental Hygienist

Rena is our dedicated dental hygienist. She is great with kids for their first dental visit and a pro at handling patients with more advanced needs. Her role as a hygienist includes making sure all of our patients have the education and knowledge to better their dental health. She is trained in providing gentle and effective preventative and periodontal (gum) treatments. Rena knows that the foundations of a great smile start with healthy gums and bone. Regular dental cleanings are the beginning steps toward overall general health.

Izabela, CDA (Certified Dental Assistant)

Izabela (or “Bella”) may have only joined our team in 2021, but she has more than 15 years of experience in the dental field! In addition to attending NHTI for the majority of her dental courses, she has completed training in CEREC® and fabricating dental appliances. When asked about her favorite aspect of her job, she shared that it’s helping patients. Some of her favorite things to do outside of the office include spending time with family, camping, kayaking, and ice skating.

Dwayne, Nurse Anesthesiologist

Dwayne is available to help our patients who require sedation stay safe and feel at ease throughout each procedure. He has 20+ years of experience in trauma/critical care settings, caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds. His Doctor of Nursing Practice was completed at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Today, he regularly guest-lectures for the same school’s Nurse Anesthesia Program. He is also a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) and the New Hampshire Association of Nurse Anesthetists, where he serves on the board.
